General Services:

  • The library facilities are equipped with an elevator (located near the entrance), electronically activated doors, and accessible aisles
  • Circulation staff are able to locate and retrieve materials for those unable to do so
  • Circulation staff will also retrieve materials and hold them at the Service Desk for those with disabilities when the staff is given advanced notice
  • Research assistance is available through phone, email, online chat, video calls, and in-person
  • Research staff are able to print or scan print materials to convert to an electronic format, when reasonable

Adaptive Technology:

  • Equipped with two computer stations for users with visual impairments or print disabilities
  • Two height-adjustable computer workstations with large-screen, high-resolution monitors, both equipped with JAWS and one providing reading/scanning software and a book scanner
