Yes, ebooks can be located through the library catalog (Advanced Search> Location="E-RESOURCE" and Material Type= "ELECTRONIC BOOK").
Ebooks may require a few additional clicks to gain access and if you're off campus you'll likely need to enter your CU information for access.
