You can cancel a book request by following these steps:
- Click the My Library Account button in the Explore Our Services column on the Library homepage
- Enter your 14 digit barcode number on the bottom of your ID card
- Click on "Requests (holds)"
- Click in the box next to the item you no longer want and click on "Update List" button
If the item is already "In Transit," you will not be able to cancel the hold. You can reply to the email notifying you that it has arrived and let us know you won't be needing it.
